Hey AIESEC!

My name is Tim and I am the MCP

elect of AIESEC in Puerto Rico.

I am very proud to be leading this

organization. To me, AIESEC is the

perfect sandbox for young people

to build new skills and develop

competencies, all while contributing to a cause much larger then themselves. It has long been

a dream of mine to lead such an organization that puts young people such as myself on the

fast track to international leadership.

As MCP, I aspire to propel AIESEC in Puerto Rico back to prominence through empowering

Local Committees to stand on their own feet. My strategy, you ask? Finding the right people,

putting them in the right place, challenging the status quo, and performing with an absolute

drive for success.

Puerto Rico needs innovative, focused, and most importantly selfless people to lead this transformation. This entity has faced it’s share of ups and downs in previous years, and

there are several challenges still facing it. Our legacy and

achievements will not simply come to us, but I anticipate

that this will only make our success all the sweeter.
