Step 1: Start with a clear Subject Step 2: Write your Email You can follow this guideline if you like > Paragraph 1: Short introduction about yourself and the purpose of your Email > Paragraph 2: The reasons you are applying for the project, and also your qualification > Paragraph 3: What do you like about the country where the project takes place? > Paragraph 4: Closing > Extra information: Email address & Skype > Attachment: CV

-Never forget the subject of the Email-Start by Dear (name) / Dear project manager-Don’t write too long or too short (3-4 paragraphs are

enough)-Attach you CV in your email-Also provide your contact such as email address and

Acceptance Note is an agreement stating EP voluntarily accepts the TN provided by the host organization in a certain period of time and TN admits to receive EP to take up the internship vacancy.

What? How?After the interview stage, you and the TN side need to reach the agreement and sign Acceptance Notes. The AN form can be downloaded in the link below. All you need to do is to fill it in via Microsoft Word, and send it to your EP Manager to be finalised and approved by our Vice President.
