3 Email Process

Step 1: Start with a clear SubjectStep 2: Write your Email You can follow this guideline if you like
> Paragraph 1: Short introduction about yourself and the purpose of your Email > Paragraph 2: The reasons you are applying for the project, and also your qualification > Paragraph 3: What do you like about the country where the project takes place? > Paragraph 4: Closing > Extra information: Email address & Skype > Attachment: CV
Tips:- Never forget the subject of the Email- Start by Dear (name) / Dear project manager- Don’t write too long or too short (3-4 paragraphs
are enough)- Attach you CV in your email
- Also provide your contact such as email address and Skype ID in the end of your email
- Put TN and EP ID in your email- Mention the date you can start your internship- Have an attractive and formal ending

4 Acceptance Note
WhaAcceptan
Acceptance Note is an agreement stating EP voluntarily accepts the TN provided by the host organization in a certain period of time and TN admits to receive EP to take up the internship vacancy.
t isce note?
After the interview stage, both sides of EP and TN have to reach the agreement and sign Acceptance Notes.
Then EP status will be changed to Match, and EP will no longer be able to apply for any other TNs, instead, EP may start to make preparation for their internship.
