and team leaders attending,
there were over 500 online
viewers who joined us in this
milestone event!
We recognized the efforts and
achievements of LCs in their
performance during the first 6
months of the term! We also
launched several initiatives for
collaboration and growth.

The final day was focused on
preparing for the second
semester and LCs were highly
motivated to deliver our focus
programmes in iGIP and
oGCDP.
We want to thank all
candidates, delegates and of
course, the OC who made

Kyle Krawchuk, AIESECer from HEC Montreal, Canada | EP in Paris for Fat Tire Bike Tours.
My leadership experience in AIESEC allowed me to assume a wide array of leadership roles right from the beginning of my time in university. AIESEC allowed me to take on leadership roles and responsibilities that I, as a university student, would have never been able to elsewhere. Thanks to AIESEC, I was able to meet and do business with executives from some of Canada's largest corporations and gain exposure to the business world that my fellow students only knew from textbooks. The experience that I have gained from my leadership roles in AIESEC is something that I constantly find myself evoking during job interviews and when writing cover letters because it is so pertinent to the real world.
My internship in Paris was enjoyable, but rather different in terms of the type of experience. Since my TN was during the summer, I wasn't able to be involved in my host LC. Thankfully though, the Parisian AIESEC interns have banded together and organize regular activities in order to keep the AIESEC spirit alive during the summer months. This internship gave me appreciation for the local culture and way of life. I was able to see the world from a different perspective and gain insight into the French psyche. All in all, a great experience that I can't wait to do again sometime soon.
