talented students and recent graduates from all over our
network. AIESEC facilitales the entire process for the employer,
from candidate selection, preparation, visa processes, to relocation
and integration.

Requirements
Define company’s preferences and select suitable candidates
Create a quality job role and workplace for the trainee
Administration of the employment contract. The trainee should be
treated like a normal employee, so all tax issues and salary
payments should be made directly by the company to the trainee
12.500 DKK in salary per month (excl. holiday allowance)
2.500 DKK service fee to AIESEC per month
How does the process work?
Internal Screeting
Each AIESEC office on over 1700
universities worldwide pre-screens
candidates through a review board
consisting of interviews with a CEO,
AIESEC alumnus, professor and a
psychologist.
Profile Identification
You determine the desired candidate,
profile, and job description for your trainee.
Trainee Selection
AIESEC provides a short list of suitable
candidates and aids the selection process,
e.g. by arranging a video conference.
Visa Services
AIESEC arranges the visa for the trainee.
We have a special agreement with the
Danish immigration services that shortens
the process down to 4-5 weeks, instead of
4 month in some cases.
Post Arrival Services
AIESEC arranges logistical services, such
as pick up at the air port, finding
accommodation, and relocation of the
trainee.
Integration Services
AIESEC provides regular activities for the
trainee and connects him/her to the
members of the local AIESEC chapter.
Evaluation
AIESEC facilitates and evaluation process
for both the organization and the trainee
throughout the traineeship to ensure
objectives and expectations are being met
from all sides.
