Established in house GE tool container for AGP outage as per GE recommendations and requirements. Established Valve reclamation and Local Fabrication Cell for in-house reclamation and fabrication.’ Developed database of OEM drawing, snap shots and Local Fabrication drawings for plant critical SKUs. Quantified Local Fabrication scope for OEM SKUS and analysed cost saving potential.
