The Agrosaloon Fair 2015 was held under the auspices

of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

Mr. Ľubomír Jahnátek, who festively opened the fair.

Second and the following years of the fair already suggested that the idea of a new specialized professional

event, which was born based on the cooperation with the association AGRION, was correct. The intention to

create a prestigious „saloon“ for agricultural machines and mechanization proved its worth and every year the

acreage of areas has been increasing along with the level of accompanying professional events.

5th Agrosaloon Fair was enriched by professional event reflecting the most current topics of mechanization, Technologies and economic management in agricultural industry.

Finals and declaration of results of the competition BEST agro girl and

BEST NAJ agro boy 2015

The final competition of „BEST agro girl and BEST agro boy“, which was a part of the fair, was an attraction for not only professional public. Introduction of finalists as well as the finals themselves was held on March 26,

2015. The winners of the competition were Nikoleta Izakovičová from the Secondary School of

Viticulture and Pomiculture in Modra and Peter Farkaš from the Secondary School of Agriculture

and Rural Services in Levice.

Already the third competition „THE MOST INNOVATIVE MACHINE OF THE YEAR“ culminated at the

AGROSALOON Exhibition on March 26 by awarding the prizes.

In contrast with the previous two years, organizers from the journal Modern mechanization in agriculture

innovated the statute and in spite of one winner, who was the result of the voting by readers, and the winner

was declared also by the professional panel consisting of the representatives of the university, practice and the

publishing house.

In the closed ballot the panel chose the winner from among 12 machines - 3 tractors, 2 cutters, 2 sowing

machines, 2 soil-cultivating machines, and 1 sprinkler, 1 cistern and 1 harvester. The decision was that the

sprinkler Hardi Alpha evo EcoDrive was the MOST INNOVATIVE MACHINE. Second place was taken by the

tractor John Deere - series 6R and the bronze position was taken by self-propelled cutter Claas Jaguar - series

800.

The possibility to choose the MOST INNOVATIVE AND POPULAR MACHINE remained with the journal readers.

In various forms they sent almost a thousand of ballots to the nominated machines.

The highest number of votes was assigned to the sowing machine Pöttinger Terrasem C with additional

fertilising. Sowing machine Horsch for accurate sowing of grain crops and tractor 3CB Fastrac - series 4000

ranked just behind.

Hardi Alpha satisfied the jury not only by the traditional air support of spraying, but first of all by dose

regulation - DynamickFluid 4, which reacts several times faster to the changes in runway speed than defined

by the standard and a new concept of drive regulation - EcoDrive.

Awarding the prize of the Fair AGROSALOON 2015

Agricultural journal „Roľnícke noviny“ in cooperation with the exhibition centre Agrokomplex Nitra,

companies Agroservis and ŠUPA Technika organized the visitors competition for the best exhibit and the most

interesting exposition at the Fair Agrosaloon 2015. Visitors received a redeemable by drawings coupon along

with the entrance ticket to the exhibition. Thus they had the chance to become a „Professional panel“,

evaluate the best exhibit and the most interesting exposition of the Fair Agrosaloon 2015, and to win mowing-

machines John Deere and Stiga, or one of the five prizes of the publishing house Profi Press s.r.o.

Drawing was held on the final day of the Fair on March 28, 2015 in pavilion M2 - Profi Press exposition.

6th contracting and selling exhibition Fishing and Huntmanship is devoted to all friends of nature, fishing and

hunting. The popular spring event was held at the Exhibition centre Agrokomplex in Nitra in pavilions A and B.

More than 50 exhibitors presented themselves on the territory of 2 400 m2. Attractive accompanying program

was neither missing.

Timing of the exhibition corresponded with the beginning of fishing and hunting seasons and visitors could see

and try the newest tools, arms, aids and complements well in advance. The event was complemented with

a series of instructions, displays and workshops. Competitions and various simulators caught attention of not

only active hunters and fishermen, but also their family members of all age categories. Exhibition of this type

has been becoming more and more popular and whole families of enthusiastic fishermen and hunters came

into their own at the fair.

Lectures, professional consultancy, displays of predators training, displays of hunting signals used during

hunting in EU, fishing contests for children, displays of production of artificial traps, palmer binding

competition, displays of fishing technique, tombola...and others were also objects of interest at the fair.

The Fair AGROSALOON 2015 was held in Nitra for the fifth time. With its accompanying events and exhibitions,

professional program and extent it was focused on the growth of interest of exhibitors and professional and

laic public, as well as increase in the population of exhibition areas. Organizers of the Fair succeeded in

fulfilling all these goals, which only substantiates correctness of the idea of origination of an independent

professional Fair AGROSALOON.

We express our thanks to all exhibitors and visitors for their active participation in the fair and we are

looking forward to the meeting in the following year in spring 2017!
