Key Survey Findings650 employees working in the sector responded to the survey. 55% of CEOs who responded were female.

20% of CEOs describe their progress with D&I as ‘not yet started’. Only 5% of CEOs & Senior Leaders in the sector believe their organisations demonstrated advanced levels of D&I maturity.
