The AGGA-4 EvalKit Support (AGGA4-EVKS) package is a commercial tool composed by pre-recorded GNSS datasets and basic GNSS software for the AGGA-4 EvalKit. The main goal ofthe AGGA4EVKS package is to provide the software baseline for EvalKit in the final userperspective, allowing the demonstration of the essential functionalities of EvalKit.

Main Features

Verification of the main hardware for the

following AGGA-4 EvalKit components:

• Low-level components (input modules, code

delay line, integrator, etc).

• Higher-level modules (final down converter,

code generator unit, a complete GNSS

channel, etc).

Software drivers for:

• Integration of the high level components

and AGGA-4 as a whole (as the acquisition

and tracking tests).

• Supporting the debug of AGGA-4

functionalities.

Deliverables

• Compilation and documentation of a

library of GNSS test signals (GNSS

dataset), including examples of Galileo

E1, Galileo E5a, GPS L1 and GPS L5.

• AGGA-4 basic firmware, supporting

acquisition and tracking of signals from the

GNSS dataset.

• User manual, describing all the steps to

perform the AGGA-4 EvalKit tests,

including:

Loading software examples.

Performing any required

configuration.

Setting up the injection of

signals included in the provided

GNSS Dataset.

Verifying that both the EvalKit

and the software are working by

analysing the test outputs using

MATLAB scripts.

• Ideally suited for use with the SSG

tool (acquired separately) to generate

additional GNSS signals.

Simple Signal Generator (SSG)

If the user intends to generate additional

signals besides the ones included in

AGGA4EVKS, the SSG tool can be acquired

separately.

Elecnor Deimos Simple Signal Generator tool runs

on a computer allowing the end-user to create

I&Q components of GNSS signals with specific

Doppler, signal strength, navigation data bits,

etc.
