PROGRAMME CURRICULUM The programme curriculum has been designed to cover a comprehensive understanding of doing business in emerging economies with special emphasis on Nigeria and Africa as a whole. As part of the programme curriculum, participants will embark on at least one mandatory intensive week of
study abroad (Asia, Europe or America); joining other Executive MBA participants of the business school to be visited. This module is designed to offer exposure to global business management and trade, and boost business alliances for participants.
Lagos Business School is the best choice for two reasons; the high quality of education and the cross-cultural experiences focusing on emerging markets. My classmates came from different backgrounds and different countries so we share perspectives and knowledge regarding our specific sectors
The new revised EMBA curriculum features elective courses which can also be taken during immersion trips with our partner schools worldwide. They include; Negotiation, Digital Business and Technology Management etc.
ELECTIVES
Lagos Business School is a member of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), a group of top international business schools that prepares students for a global world where diversity in the way markets work and organisations operate is positively exploited.
The GNAM network helps us as business leaders to understand the opportunities and trends from other countries in our own countries... GNAM gives an opportunity for knowledge transfer.

PROGRAMME STRUCTUREThe MEMBA programme has three key elements. These elements are as follows:
Pre Module Activities: Essentially, these pre-module sessions involve having a number of online group meetings per course where cases would be analysed and discussed among group members.
On-Campus Learning SessionsThese involve residential intensive week sessions at the LBS campus. During the intensive week, classes will be Monday-Fridays: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Participants on the MEMBA programme partake in a one-week compulsory international module with our partner schools.
Post-Module Learning Activities: Between on-campus modules, there are two sets of activities to help participants apply the learning points from class sessions to the workplace: online discussion forums and practice based learning activities.
For more information on the MEMBA programme structure please visit http://www.lbs.edu.ng/programmes/memba/course_content.
