Extend, Dwell, & Retract
Alternative to a single valve with a push button and dual pilots
• Air Pilot Options:
• Standard Pilot – It can be threaded onto any push button
valve and convert a manual valve to an air pilot valve.
• Air Pilot with Snap Action – Actuation of valve is delayed
until pilot pressure reaches 35 PSIG.
• Air Pilot with reset – Sharply applied pilot signal of 40
PSIG shifts valve, then operator resets even though the
pilot pressure remains on.
• Air Pilot with Snap Action and Reset – Combines the
functions of the air pilot with snap action and the air pilot
with reset in one operator
Solenoid has limited strokeAir cylinders can have verylong stroke and linear forceover the entire stroke.
