Slide 2 Advanced Hydrogen Technologies Corporation www.AHTCpower.com Pete Lohr, Founder and Chief Technical Officer Slide 3 Page 2 Early stage start-up technology company that was incorporated in 2009 in the State of North Carolina. Founded on its newly patented technology, Cartridge for the Generation of Ultra-High Pressure Hydrogen Gas (H 2 ) Corporate Structure: Copyright 2012 AHTC. When the H 2 contacts air, 120 kJ is released per gram of H 2. From each gram of AL, 1/9 g of H 2 is released. The chemical reaction + burning H 2 = 31.4 kJ/g of AL reacted. No oil products are consumed in any part of the process. The by-product, aluminum-oxide can be sold or converted back to aluminum. Capabilities / Advantages Page 7 Copyright 2012 AHTC. Cartridges can only be initiated when in the safe confinement of a chamber. Page 10 Capabilities / Advantages Slide 12 Does not Replace Bottled Hydrogen Page 11 Disadvantages (8" diameter by 48" tall) 150 cu-ft of H 2 at 2000psi 52,582 grams H 2 $92 H 2 contents only It will cost 23 times more to produce the same amount of H 2 using the cartridge method. Ex: 4 cents vs..2 cents per gram of H 2. Therefore, it is essential to capitalize on the total energy (pressure and temperature) from the reaction before the H 2 cools.
