It comes standard with a Bosch heated O2 sen-sor for drivability. To further assist in tuning; upgrade to our Bosch wide-band O2 sensor for faster tuning with real-time adjustments to A/F.

Also monitor engine functions in real-time through our onboard data acquisition (with a laptop connected). This means you get a closed loop EFI system that is constantly monitoring the exhaust gases and making adjustments to achieve the best performance possible. From idle to wide open throttle, the AFIS EFI system will deliver great drivability and performance!

Unique to the AFIS EFI System is the fact that it can be mounted either in the engine compart-ment or in the more traditional position of in-side the car. Mounting under the hood saves the user from cutting an access hole in their firewall allowing for that smooth uncluttered firewall. This also allows it to be used in marine applica-tions as the ECU is enclosed in a weatherproof/waterproof enclosure.

The AFIS Sportsman Series EFI system was de-veloped in conjunction with the EFI wizards at Big Stuff 3. The system is a bank-fire set-up so there is no cam synchronization signal needed, which simplifies installation. From there, you can tweak and tune with the easy-to-use soft-ware to fit your driving style.

One helpful tool for tuning is the on-board data acquisition feature of the Sportsman Series. This will allow you to review selected engine management variables to be recorded in real time as fast as 50 times per second, with 10-bit resolution, for up to 18 seconds. Once recorded, the data can be analyzed off-line with the supplied AFIS software.

The system is delivered with the underhood mounted ECU harness, however your system can be ordered with a harness configured to mount inside the car for a small charge.

WarrantyAll Advanced Fuel & Ignition Systems products are warranted

for (1) full year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must

accompany all returns for warranty to be extended.

All parts will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the

Technical Staff at Advanced Fuel & Ignition Systems.

All parts deemed to be damaged from customer misuse will be

repaired if possible and returned to the customer at no charge, but

further warranty claims will not be accepted for that part.

Parts that cannot be repaired will be returned to the customer.

All warranty claims will be processed within 48 hours of

arrival at our facility.
