Combimix Basic LP 700 is an economy grade Calcium Aluminate Cement – based self-leveling underlayment used to create new durable, flat, smooth or level surfaces for the acceptance of various floor coverings. Product can be manually mixed using Combimix Mixing Kit or pumped.

Pour depths: Can be feathered to meet existing elevations and to 2" neat and up to 5 with aggregate. A minimum thickness of ¼" should be maintained in wide open areas and at 1/8" over the highest point of the floor.

Combimix PP600 Primer™ is a premium quality, concentrated styrene acrylate primer for use over various substrates including concrete, light-weight concrete, PVC, well bonded VCT/VAT, Cutback, adhesive residue, gypsum, terrazzo, resinous floor coatings, wood, steel, copper, lead, stainless steel, quarry and ceramic tile. PP600 Primer™ is the only primer you will need to install Combimix leveling and topping compounds no matter what substrate you are covering with Combimix products.

Underlayment on Floating Floor 1. Substrate of concrete, expanded clay aggregate, cellular plastic board, crushed stone, asphalt or any other substrate that does not need to be self-supporting.

2. Fiberglass fabric or plastic (Dupont® Tyvek® Home Wrap) with 20" overlap or 4" overlap seam, taped with proper seam tape. Material must go up all vertical objects (approx, 5") and be taped in place. Make sure material conforms to substrate and floor/wall sides, being careful not to allow wrinkles in the material which can create air pockets under leveling materials.

3. Fiber mesh or steel mesh. Steel mesh is used to prevent sway when radiant heat is installed in the underlayment or when finished flooring is ceramic tile.

4. Combimix Underlayment: LP Basic 700 LP Fiber 760 LP Fiber Basic 780 (minimum depth 1" [25 mm])
