Adobe Reader X: Settings to enable correct reading of Inter Library Loans

To read your document using Adobe Acrobat Reader X you will first need to reset the appropriate Preferences in Adobe Acrobat Reader X by following the steps outlined below. You may download and view your document on one computer only for up to 14 days from the date of download and print your document once from that machine.

• Open Adobe Acrobat Reader X.

• Go to Edit and scroll down to Preferences and click.

• In the Preferences window click on General on the left-hand side and uncheck Enable Protected Mode at Startup with a single click.

• Click Yes to accept the changes and then click OK.

• Go to File and Close to close Adobe Acrobat Reader X.

• When you Open Adobe Acrobat Reader X again the changes will have taken effect.
