ANNEXURE- 6 WATER REQUIREMENTS AND WASTE WATER GENERATION
WATER REQUIREMENT AND ITS SOURCE
During Construction Phase water requirement 575 KLD shall be met through Dream city network.
180 KLD domestic wastes shall be generated during construction phase which will be disposed off
through underground drainage of dream city.
During Operational Phase water requirement will be approx 1790 KLD (Fresh- 900 KLD + Recycled
– 890 KLD) shall be met through Dream City network. 928 KLD domestic wastes shall be generated
during operational phase which will be further treated into the adequate capacity STP and the treated
waste water will be reused for flushing, cooling and gardening work.

ANNEXURE-7 SOLID WSATE GENERATION AND MANAGEMENT
Estimated Qty. of domestic waste generated due to the construction workers will be (5000 person x
200 gm / Person / Day) = 1000 kg/day. Separate bin will be provided for collection of Municipal Solid
Waste (MSW) at different places and the same will be collectively disposed off to dream city.
Construction waste will consist of construction debris along with cement bags, steel scrap, packing
materials etc. Construction debris will be reused for backfilling and internal road development. Steel
scrap will be sold to authorized recyclers. Cement Bag, packing material, etc. will be sold to
authorized recyclers.

• Separate Pedestrian Entry + Exit Gates to provide safe movement for
pedestrian
• Entry and exit radii provided are larger than or equal to 90 degree to allow
smooth entry and improved merging on exit.
• Queuing and storage at the entrance are provided within the car
park/premises and not on the external roads. It is designed based on peak
hour arrival.
• Pedestrian facilities are provided like pedestrian strip and pedestrian
crossing
• Dedicated two wheeler entry at all the Entry gates
• Dedicated ramps for two wheeler are provided to segregate two wheeler
traffic movements.
• 4-Arm junctions are avoided in the parking layouts to provide safe
movement and avoid conflicting vehicular movements. Most of the
junctions inside the premises are made 3-arm junctions.
• Speed control and traffic calming devices are used including ripple painted
areas and rumble strips.
• Convex Mirrors at Blind Corners are provided.
• Adequate traffic signs provided to notify people.
• Traffic Wardens will be provided during peak hours to ensure efficient
traffic movement.
