Contractor and/or Electrical Subcontractor.

Site piping plan,

Add: Contractor shall include costs for a temporary chlorine injection point to assist in disinfection. Injection

point shall be located on the 12” PVC pipe between the 12”x12” tee and 20”x12” reducer on the suction

piping of the booster station. Components shall include a 12”x1” service saddle (Romac model 202S), 1” NPT

corp stop, and 1” copper tubing terminated above grade. After disinfection, remove copper tubing and close

corp stop.

receipt of the Addendum by inserting its number and date on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. It modifies them as follows:

PRODUCT APPROVALS: The manufacturers and products, which are listed in the following texts, are approved for bidding. Final acceptance is contingent upon receipt and approval of final shop drawings. Manufacturer shall conform to all warranties, performances, size, etc., as the item specified. The burden of proof of the merit of the proposed substitution is upon the proposer. Those items not specifically listed by addendum shall not be approved for bidding. submittal to the Department of Natural Resources to obtain the required permitting for the generator. This includes filling out generator, facility, and pollutant information on the forms and submitting them prior to generator installation. The Contractor shall include all costs associated with the permitting in this bid.

2. Under section 2.1 Accessories: Delete section M. Remote annunciator panel. 3. Note; the generator will not be used for Utility load shedding. 4.
