    3. C2B Maximum allowable FAR under PUD standards for the C-2-B Zone District

    is 6.With a total site area of 42283 square feet this would give a maximum allow-

    able area of 253,686 sf.

    4. Maximum allowable Commercial FAR under PUD standards for the C-2-B Zone

    District in C2B is 2.0 or 84,566 sf.Proposed commercial is 37,571 sf for a proposed

    Far of .99.

    5. Maximum allowable Residential FAR under PUD standards for the C-2-B Zone
