Conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Prepared Phase 1 ESA reports that summarizes a site visit and records review of

a property and its surrounding area to determine if any additional environmental investigation is warranted to understand the liability risks associated with the identified property.

Prepared detailed project reports and recommended remedial options for contaminants such as hydrocarbons, salinity, and metals. The report preparation included review of aerial photographs and historical information, data analysis and interpretation and impact volume estimation.
