2 New collection device or technology support

2.1 Ascom TEMS support

[Case 63188] Added support for PCTel MX for GSM scanner

measurement.

[Case 64105, 68715] A problem has been resolved that caused incorrect pegging of call drops due to “00:00:00.000” timestamps at the beginning of the logfile.

[Case 69629] Added support for CDMA and EVDO for TEMS

Investigation 14.1 file format.

2.2 Couei support

[Case 69828] Added support for Netimizer 3.4.630 version.

[Case 60581] A problem has been resolved that could affect XCAL-Mobile logfiles from loading in Analyzer.

2.3 Dingli support

[Case 69200] Fixed an issue with the “HTTP event test marker”, which has been aligned to Dingli R&D documentation:

“TestType = HTTP Download” has been replaced by “TestType=HTTP

Page”.

2.4 Ericsson CT support

[Case 69912] A license problem has been resolved that prevented GSM L3 streams to be correctly decoded.

[Case 69173] A problem has been resolved which caused GPEH logfiles to be correctly loaded and Analyzer to crash in case LTMF is enabled.

2.5 Focus Infocom support

[Case 65208] Added support for Focus Infocom CVD 2.83 with PCAP

side file containing IP packets messages. In case both .cvd and .pcap

files contain IP packets messages, Analyzer will give priority to the .pcap file content.

2.6 Huawei CT support

[Case 69700] Added support for Huawei M2000 Trace Server Trace Result Files.

[Case 69656] Added support to decode “Support GSM” information and created two new attributes to enable the customer to determine if IMSI is locked to 3G only.

Uu_RRC_MultiRAT_Capability_supportOfGSM

Uu_RRC_PDCP_Capability_losslessSRNS_RelocationSupport

[Case 67941] An issue has been fixed that prevented the Huawei CT

streams to be correctly recognized as GSM streams.

[Case 69733] An issue caused by message data corruption in PCHR logfiles has been fixed that prevented messages to be correctly decoded in Analyzer.

2.7 Huawei Probe support

[Case 64649] Added new scanner attributes for Genex Probe logfiles:

Uu_Scan_UARFCN CPICH_Scan_Delay_SortedBy_EcIo CPICH_Scan_DelaySpread_Sortedby_EcIo CPICH_Scan_EcIo_SortedBy_EcIo CPICH_Scan_RakeFingerCount_SortedBy_EcIoPeak CPICH_Scan_RSCP_SortedBy_EcIo

CPICH_Scan_SC_SortedBy_EcIo CPICH_Scan_EcIo_For_SC CPICH_Scan_RSCP_For_SC

[Case 65867] An “out of sequence message” problem (timestamps not in a chronological order) has been fixed that caused incorrect event

detection. In particular, out of sequence GPS Garmin messages (Huawei

Genex Probe) caused the event timer “Uu_wait_timer_complete” to expire too soon.

2.8 JDSU support

Added support for JDSU 16.3-1 file format.

2.9 Meritech support

[Case 66030] A problem has been fixed that could cause Analyzer to freeze when loading Sigma-LA logfiles containing corrupted messages.

2.10 Nemo support

[Case 62090] An issue has been fixed that prevented the “UMTS Active + Monitored Set” stateform to display correct and updated values of “Monitored” and “Detected” cells.

[Case 66676] Added a new attribute related to the “LTE RACH Access

delay” from Nemo RACH info message:

ATTR_ID_LTE_UE_RACH_AccessDelay

[Cases 67232, 69090] A problem has been resolved that prevented

Nemo LTE logfiles from being correctly loaded in Analyzer.

[Case 67035] Added LTE TDD support for Nemo Outdoor 6.1.0 file format.

[Case 69653] An issue has been fixed that caused the “LTE Intra frequency HO” being wrongly detected as “LTE Inter Frequency HO”.

[Case 64647] Added a new attribute set based on 2.12 CellScan Nemo messages. The new attributes are:

ScanSortCell_ID_by_ChannelNo

ScanSortLAC_by_ChannelNo

ScanSortMNC_by_ChannelNo

ScanSortMCC_by_ChannelNo

2.11 Qualcomm support

[Case 66830] Added support to extract GPS coordinates from Qualcomm log packets.

[Case 68416] An issue in QXDM logfiles has been fixed that caused abnormal values of the attribute “Number_ActivePN”.

[Case 66676] Added a new attribute for both LTE “contention-free” and “contention-based” access procedures:

“LTE_UE_RACH_Delay”

[Cases 69269, 69359] Fixed problems with loading QMDL files into a Repository.

[Case 68972] Added support for Qualcomm messages (0x4222 and 0x421C) according to the new version (HS Decode Status Log Packet

with Data Ver3).

[Case 69670] Added a new TxPower attribute set for the LG chipset (listed below)

LTE_UE_PwrCtrl_Fi for channel types PUSCH or PUSCH + SRS

LTE_UE_PwrCtrl_Gi for channel types PUCCH or PUCCH + SRS

Page 6: ACTIX DOCUMENT

Actix Analyzer Update September 2012 6

LTE_UE_PwrCtrl_TPC for all channel types (PRACH, PUCCH...)

LTE_UE_PathLoss_DL

2.12 Rohde & Schwarz support

[Case 67008] Added support for the device UM150 in Romes 4.66 file format.

[Case 70228] An issue has been fixed that prevented the TM7200

stream to be correctly recognized as UMTS/GSM handset.

2.13 Swissqual support

[Case 65881, 66351] An issue has been fixed that prevented the “UMTS Active and Nbor Sets” stateform to display correct values of “detected cells”. In case the message does not contain any information about “detected” cells, the attribute “Uu_DetectedSet_Count “ has to be set equal to 0. This change will affect the stateform, providing users with a

quicker refresh of the “detected” cells.

2.14 ZK Celltest support

[Case 63696] Added support for ZK Celltest (Indoor) for Non-Earth Coordinates to be displayed on the floor map.

2.15 Generic

[Case 66033, 70179] Added support for 3G LTE PS Handover and

small event detection problems that caused invalid PS drops for successful LTE3G Handovers. The following new attributes were created for 3G LTE HO:

LTE_RRCConnection_HO_fromUMTS_Init LTE_RRCConnection_HO_fromUMTS_OK LTE_RRCConnection_HO_fromUMTS_Fail

drops” and, consequently,” RRC Re-Establishment” events, during Channel Type Switch procedures (PCHFACHDCH).

[Case 65041] An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from distinguishing between two types of UMTS to LTE redirection:

▫ UMTS redirection to LTE (first redirection during RRC setup)

▫ UMTS redirection to LTE (during RRC connection)

A new attribute and format group has been created:

LTE_RedirectedReselection_fromUMTS_Type = 0,1

0 = Redirection following a RRC Connection Request message

1 = Redirection during a RRC connection
