Choral EnsemblesAll that you need to participate in our choirs is a love for singing, a willingness to work hard and a desire to have fun. All three choirs will culminate in public performances at the conclusion of each semester: December 11, 2009 and April 29, 2010.

Children’s Choir (for ages 6-10 years)Singers in this group grow as fine singers and musicians with every rehearsal and performance. We work on developing excellent singing through a wide variety of choral music written specifically for the young voice.

Youth Singers (for ages 11-14 years)Singers in this group not only grow as musicians, they come to understand their voices and themselves as performers. At each weekly rehearsal, they are challenged to stretch their vocal and musical skills by singing high quality choral literature in unison and 2-3 parts. Senior Youth Singers (for ages 15+ years)This choral group is brand new this year, a result of our growing choral program as well as the insistent urging of singers too “old” for the Youth Singers. Not only will this group be challenged by excellent choral music, they will discover new things about themselves as performers and musicians. It’s important to note that this program is not intended to replace any school choral program that students might otherwise participate in. Day Choir Date Time Cost
