Action Research Plan(Modified SIP Model)
School Vision: The collaborative team of Memorial Middle School, including all stakeholders, will work together to provide the necessary education for all children to be successful at MMS and in the future. We as a campus will actively participate in meeting the individual needs of all students while helping students to succeed in our low performing areas. What will MMS do to achieve this? -Teachers will provide inquiry based learning style in the classroom. -We will provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students. -Teachers and administration will set high expectations for all students. -Curriculum will meet all state standards. Goal: To find and implement strategies that will help to improve the lowest performing are on campus, which is science. We will strive to move forward from being the lowest performing campus within our district.

a. To improve student achievement and learning for all students.
b. To improve scores for regular and special education students.
c. To improve teacher involvement from all grades with these students.
d. To improve collaborative and cooperative learning.
