Open your calendar invite and click ‘Join Microsoft Teams Meeting’ as below.

l You should see the below page. Copy the URL address across the top and paste it into an alternative internet browser.

l Click ‘continue on this browser’ as below.

l Do you have the Microsoft teams app installed? If so, skip ahead to step 4.l If you have an internet browser that is not Internet Explorer, skip ahead to step 3.l If your default internet browser is Internet explorer, proceed to step 2.

l You should see the below page. Turn your camera and microphone off then click ‘join now’ as below. Remember to check the speaker/volume settings on your device so that you can hear the presenter.

l You are now in the meeting! Hover over the bottom of the slide to see more actions available to you.

Clicking the speech bubble icon opens and closes the chat box, where you can ask the presenter questions.

Clicking the people icon allows you to see other participants in the meeting.

Clicking the three dots allows you to view the slide on full-screen mode (and exit full screen mode).
