2.1 Guide Instructions

3. ACCESS TRIRIGA
The following section provide steps to login and sign out of TRIRIGA.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Open Internet Explorer and enter the following address into the browser’s address bar:
https://flfacmgt.myflorida.com
2. You will be prompted to enter your User ID and Password. Then click the “Sign In”
button
User ID: People First User ID
Password: Passw0rd!
NOTE: Sharing your User ID and Password with others (including co-workers) is prohibited

3. When you initially log-in to TRIRIGA, you will be prompted to change your password.
The password must be:
- At least 8 characters long
- Have at least one Uppercase text
- Have at least one Lowercase text
- Have a Number field or a Special Character
4. In the “Current Password” field enter the following: Passw0rd!
5. Enter the password you created into the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields
6. Then click the “Change My Password” button
7. The page will refresh and the message “Password change successful. Log out and Log-
in to activate your changes” will appear in the “Attention!” section.
8. Then click “Sign Out”

9. The login page will appear. Enter your User ID and new password, then click the “Sign
In” button.
10. Once logged in, you will be taken to your homepage.
11. To log out of your application session, click ‘Sign Out’ in the top right corner of your
screen.

REMINDER: Always sign out of TRIRIGA before closing your browser to
properly release licenses for other users.

4. RESET YOUR PASSWORD
This section will provide steps to resetting your TRIRIGA password.
4.1 Password Reset
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Open Internet Explorer and enter the following address into the browser’s address bar:
https://flfacmgt.myflorida.com
2. Click on the “Please click here to reset your password” hyperlink.
3. Enter your work email address into the eMail field.
4. Then click the “Continue” button

5. You will receive a message that the password is reset and a new temporary password
has been emailed to the email address provided.
6. Then click “Sign Out”.
7. You will receive an email with a new temporary password.
8. Login to TRIRIGA with your User ID and type in the new password that was emailed to
you. Then click the “Sign In” button.
