ACCAWhy StUdy for thE ACCA QUAlifiCAtioN At lCA?To become a qualified member of the ACCA you need to pass 14 demanding exams and to then gain three years of relevant practical experience. At LCA, we can help you towards examination success and give you the necessary assis-tance in putting you on the road to gain your qualification.
Our ACCA tuition courses are designed with one aim in mind: helping you to pass each exam first time, every time. A good examination record is a definite “plus-point” on your CV! Our ACCA courses are conducted so that you can expect to successfully complete all the exams over a period of 2½ years, (30 months).
If you are really ambitious, you can extend your studies at LCA for a further 4 months and gain the award of a Masters degree – an MSc in International Accounting and Finance – from Anglia Ruskin University. The two qualification titles ACCA, MSc, after your name always
strengthen your CV to give you an edge over other competitors in the job market.

Academic Progression Option for ACCA students
thE ACCA ExAm SyllABUS ANd rEgUlAtioNSThe ACCA exam structure consists of 14 papers divided into four parts, plus a short on-line Professional Ethics module.
mSc iNtErNAtioNAl ACCoUNtiNg ANd fiNANCE Awarded by Anglia Ruskin UniversityStudents who have successfully completed all 14 papers of the ACCA qualification are eligible to join with exemptions, the MSc in International Accounting and Finance on which they are only required to complete 3 modules by exams.
Overview The evening course runs over a ten week Period, and offer the students comprehensive syllabus coverage. Classes finish approximately one month before the exam which gives you the opportunity to join one of our revision courses.

Overview LCA offers an intensive revision course option, which focuses on perfecting your exam techniques and offer you plenty of exam-style question practice with tutor feedback to highlight areas of your knowledge that requires improvement. Your lecturer will also recap on core syllabus areas and advise on how best to apply your knowledge to help maximise your exam success.
For the revision courses you will be given an examination kit.

These comprehensive two day courses are designed for candidates who cannot take leave from work during the week.
The course usually consists of:
u4 three hour sessions (each day consists of two sessions) u1 mock examination
Overview The main idea of a COMBINEDACCA course is to maximiseyour abilities to perform better not just in the class but in the exams as well. It is a combination of a taught course with a comprehensive syllabus coverage which is followed by a 2 day revision session. The emphasis during the revision courses will be on exam techniques and question based learning activities which increase your chances of exam success in the first attempt.
Key Information This is mainly focused on your exam success. Why not combine two strengths to have a better learning experience.
