The WTC 9/11 PEN-T Committee
A Portland (Oregon) firefighter, he helped form a group
called a Tribute to Honor. The original goal was to help
brother and sister firefighters and police officers in New
York after the trauma they experienced. The group has
since organized 9/11 memorials annually and helped local
communities understand the job that emergency workers
do every day.

A New York firefighter who was twice a survivor
of the WTC tragedy. He was buried under 18
feet of debris when Tower One collapsed. After
being rescued, he was again buried after the
collapse of Tower Two. He travels worldwide
talking about 9/11, and is very proud of Barb’s
vision for this memorial.
