Undergrads were identified as under served population.
Faculty asked. Students want just in time training that is
relevant to their coursework.
How is it done?
Consulting session on available resources and point of contact for learners (ANGEL, WBT, own Website, etc.)
Determine the training needs of the learners (specific skills and knowledge)
Coordinate and/or teach customer to use the tools needed to access the resources
