DESCRIPTION

Presented at Informs Annual Conference in Washington D.C.Disasters, not only cause loss of human life, but also environmental damage, disruption of the working infrastructure, and economic loss. In mitigation phase of a well-constructed emergency management, prioritization of bridges, viaducts and tunnels that play a critical role in response and recovery phases, stays on top of the to-do list. In this context, this study first develops a multi-criteria decision model, and implements the proposed model on a critical zone under high seismic activity.
