A Message from Fr. Frank:
On twelfth Sunday in ordinary time we are reminded that would should not be afraid in promoting the Catholic faith. Often we live in a world of fear and anxiety, but our Lord does not wish these things for us, and reminds us that He is always in control, and will be always by our side. Speaking of the Catholic faith, we are planning to begin indoor masses this coming weekend, June 27th. We will flocknote details as well as place the details on our website. All of the guidelines are for the safety of our parish family.
Online Mass will continue for those who can't attend on our St. Joseph YouTube.com channel. Subscribe and receive Mass notifications.
Mass will be indoors starting June 27.
Masks must be worn by anyone 10 or older while indoors.
Ushers will help you with seating. Please continue to be safe! Know that you are in our prayers. If anyone needs anything please call (859) 967-4404. It will take more than this tragedy to prevent our faith and charity from shining this season. If Jesus can defeat death itself, with His help we can overcome this crisis! Blessings!!!

Saint of the Week:
St. John The Baptist
Cousin of Jesus Christ. Son of Zachary, a priest of the order of Abia whose job in the temple was to burn incense; and of Elizabeth, a descendent of Aaron. As Zachary was ministering in the Temple, an angel brought him news that Elizabeth would bear a child filled with the Holy Spirit from the moment of his birth. Zachary doubted
and was struck dumb until John’s birth.
Prophet. John began his ministry around age 27, wearing a leather belt and a tunic of camel hair, living off locusts and wild honey, and preaching a message of repentance to the people of Jerusalem. He converted many, and prepared the way for the coming of Jesus. He Baptized Christ, after which he stepped away and told his disciples to follow Jesus.
Imprisoned by King Herod. He died a victim of the vengeance of a jealous woman; he was beheaded, and his head brought to her on a platter. Saint Jerome says Herodias kept the head for a long time after, occasionally stabbing the tongue with his dagger because of what John had said in life.
Feast Day is June 24
