ABOUT WE WELFARE“We Welfare” is a initiative to bring alike minded

people who wouldlike to contribute something for the society and think

that this is the“Pay Back Time”. People with common Vision and

Focus would becombined to accomplish the Dream of a Changed

Society. We Justwould not be Just the Spectator or a Commenter.

“We Welfare” as itis clear by the name is an Initiative which would

contribute towardsthe Welfare of the Society in terms of Awareness,

Respect, Healthand Education on Kids, Senior Citizens, Women &

Few of the leftout from the Society whom we had been Thank Less

so far. So farwhat we could understand by the term “Welfare” is

“doingsomething good for someone” but do we really do

so???? We all arevery much occupied in fighting for survival for

ourselves& have Completely forgotten our Social

Responsibility !!!!

We have No time or Space to be given to the Social activities until

someone close to our Heart is not Effected by any Evil or Odd... We

Have time to go and spend for ourselves but do we really go to any

orphanage and look at what is happening there?? How are these

people surviving?? We need someone to talk to us and Hear us but

who is talking to the people who are left out?? Who is supporting

them?? Who is entertaining them?? Who is feeding them? Are

LIFE AFTER DEATH

Besides this Blood Donation Camp we have other Major Causes also to be taken care of. These Causes are also Life Saviour Causes and Gives us a Better and Healthy Society. The Second Cause which will be running Parallel with Blood Donation Campaign is “ LIFE AFTER DEATH”... To Elaborate more this Campaign is all about giving the Consent to the Government to Utilise your Organs after your Death. If I may put some light on the Data from the Source: Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network it Says as on 2014 Jan:-

India is facing an acute organ transplantation crisis: an acute imbalance between the number of organs donated and the number of Indians waiting for an organ Donation means hundreds of Indians die needlessly awaiting an organ transplant. Cultural traditions and rigid social mindsets are difficult obstacles to overcome and paint a bleak picture for the future of organ transplantation in India.

Did you know In India every year nearly: 500,000 people die because of non-availability of organs 200,000 people die of liver disease 50,000 people die from heart disease 150,000 people await a kidney transplant but only 5,000 get one 1,000,000 lakh people suffer from corneal blindness & await transplant

Nationally, with a population of 1.5 (Approximately) billion people, the statistic stands at 0.08 persons as organ donors per million population (PMP). This is an incredibly small & insignificant number compared to the statistics around the world. Countries like the USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands have a 'family consent' system for donations where people sign up as donors & their family's consent is required. These countries have seen the donations double Per Million Population averaging between 10-30 PMP.Countries like Singapore, Belgium, Spain have a more aggressive approach of 'presumed consent', which permits organ donation by default unless the donor has explicitly opposed it during his lifetime. These countries have seen the rate of donations double, averaging between 20-40 PMP.

“BLOOD DONATION”

“Blood” as we all know is the utmost required part of our Life Cycle & is a helping source for all of the Body Functions to work in rhythm..What if 1 Day we are in Loss of it . .

For more Knowledge if anyhow Blood is Infected we may choose to get the Blood replaced with the help of Medical Experts but for all this what is need is “BLOOD”.. It will be a surprise to share that India has 2,433 blood banks India requires approximately about 11.5 million units of blood annually but collects only 7 million of it..Is in it Strange we live in the Age of Education and still can not work and contribute on such an sensitive topic. A Sum of only 43%of all blood collected is through Voluntary Donation.Hence, After gaining this much Knowledge we as a TEAM could not hold ourselves back & has come up with a Route plan to fetch at least 1,000 Units of Blood Every Quarter through our Various Initiatives IN New Delhi and NCR and Gradually All Across Nation..

But our Campaign would not be stopping here Besides this Blood Donation Camp we also parallel running Campaigns Like “ Feeling of Joy”, “ Time with unsheltered” etc. the aim of doing these all Programmes would be Just a Nobel Feeling, A Felling which we can Spread and bring smile on others Faces with the help of what God has blessed us and they are Deprived from !!! Bringing Smile is the Best thing anyone can Ever give for the betterment of the Society and also to enlighten the feeling of Being a HUMAN.....

Trees are out of the Few things which are Essential for Human to survive and due to them We are surviving but the question is are we letting them survive ??? Even after knowing their importance in our Life we are still cutting them and News from all over India are published here and there for the same?? What are we thinking and what Future are we going to give away our upcoming generations!!! Seen & read many a Articles and the initiatives by Government or NGO to educate people about Tree Plantation but are the efforts enough. Delhi is the most polluted city in the world and according to one estimate, air pollution causes the death of about 10,500 people in Delhi every year. During 2013-14, peak levels of fine Particulate matter(PM) in Delhi increased by about 44%, primarily due to high vehicular/industrial emissions, construction work/crop burning in adjoining states. Most of Delhi's residents are unaware of alarming levels of air pollution in the city & the health risks associated with it. Since mid-1990s, Delhi has undertaken some measures to curb air pollution. Delhi has the third highest quantity of trees among Indian cities but still to control the death rate due to Pollution we need many & many more...

The ratio mentioned above is decreasing Day by Day even after we all being so Educated and well off. We still think the same old way that Daughters are burden and Sons and the Value add to the house.

Though the Data says opposite the Females from the ancient duration had been more concerned about their Families then Male. They had been Working and handling homes from says the History. But now since a Decade Females are more towards Earning to give Life Balance in the Family as the Expenses are hit up to the Sky, still we feel gape in the Respect and also the Ratio of the Female Birth, Still our Family members has the same orthodox thought process about the Male and the Female child, Still Males are given more Preference then Females in the Family as well in the Society !!! Which is Strange !!! Here as a Cause we would come up with a Mentality change plan which will a initiative to Change the mentality of these days generation and also at the Most to make them understand the equal equation of a Boy and the Girl Child..This mentality will help us to create a Better Tomorrow for sure..

“It is a great saying that There is no greater pleasure than being willing to risk one’s life & make all sacrifices for the Welfare of Others”.....

We are trying to keep bear minimum targets and have already planned to achieve the same.

For First Quarter June-July-Aug the Target says 3,000 Which says a combination of Organ Donations, Blood Donations, Tree Plantations and Lets bring smile we would touch 3,000 Human and get our Message routed amongst millions....

until we achieve our Target of 1,000 Smiles which are Clicked..

• “Life After Death” Cause will be up lifted.• This will be a Continuity Process until we

achieve our Target of 1,000 units in 3 Months. • “Let’s bring Smile” This will be a unique

Programme wherein we would touch base with the Ones who are never appreciated & will appreciate them Surprizely with A certificate or a Gift.
