Hip Hop Music that consist of a stylized rhythmicmusic that commonly accompanies rapping. It is alsocalled rap music because it uses a style of singingcalled rapping. The lyrics of hip hop songs are oftenabout the life of urban people in the big cities.

DJing:- It is the technique of manipulating sounds,creating music and beat using two or morephonograph turntables (or other sound sources, liketapes, CDs or Digital audio files and a DJ mixer.

Mcing:- It refers to “Spoken or chanted rhyminglyrics with a strong rhythmic accompaniment. It alsoknown as emceeing, rapping, spitting and typicallyfeatures complex wordplay, rapid delivery, and a rangeof “street slang”,, some of which is unique to the hiphop subculture.

Graffiti:- It is the most important element of the hiphop. They are correlate to each other, one has nothingwithout other. It was used in America in the late 1960s,as a form of expression.

Breakdancing:- It is a dynamic, rhythmic style ofdance which is developed as the major component ofhip hop culture and also called as breaking. It is donewith the accompaniment of hip hop music playing ona boom box.

Beatboxing:- This term derived from the mimicry ofthe first generation of drum machine and it is atechnique in which singer imitates drums and otherpercussion instrument with their voice. It is a way ofcreating beats or rhythm using the human mouth.

Beatmaking:- Beat producing is also a majorcomponent of hip hop. Culture. It is similar to soundrecording that film directors play in making a movie.

In this producer depend on each individual, but some producers work with DJs and drum machine to create beats.

For Anaerobic benefits it helps you to strengthen yourtights, glutes, calves and other muscles in your legsand arms.

When you push your body by learning more complexroutines and working your muscles a normal workoutyou can also work them anaerobically which givesmore flexibility and elasticity to your joints.
