DESCRIPTION

This is A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair (Western New York Division) presentation given at the Facility Management Expo from the Buffalo New York area. It shows some of the almost 1300 Projects that have been completed over the last four years. There are before and after pictures from some of the almost 7200 slabs that we have raised. It highlights not only the 50% to 70% cost savings versus replacement but also the advantage to the A-1 Concrete Leveling system. The expo was focused on providing solutions to property managers, commercial property owners and industrial customers.

What is the A-1 Advantage?

The most modern concrete leveling techniques! The 1” diameter holes that are drilled

through the slab are the smallest in the industry

Smaller hole size avoids weakening the slabs or raising the slabs too quickly

A-1 fills the void completely and raises the slab safely

Page 3: A-1 Concrete Leveling (Western New York Division) Facility Management Expo Presentation 2010

What is the A-1 Advantage?

The most environmentally responsible material in concrete leveling!Limestone-based slurry used to raise

sunken concrete is natures’ original green material and has stood the test of timeUsed by farmers to fertilize cropsUsed over 3000 years ago to build the

pyramids!Limestone is natural and won’t disturb the

landscape; in fact, it may help…everyone has received a mailer offering “organic lime treatment” for the lawn

Page 48: A-1 Concrete Leveling (Western New York Division) Facility Management Expo Presentation 2010

Better for replacement?

More slabs would need to be addressed to eliminate issue than is cost-effective vs. replacement

Surface too deteriorated (aesthetics)
