REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD- Melissa Nelson, President

• Executive Board met on September 25th, with quorum present.

• Actions Taken not Requiring Further Action of PTA:– Lara Anton approved as the School Store Chair– Moved the next Executive Board meeting from Oct. 30th to Oct. 29th due

to conflict with Track and Field


Report of Vice President, Membership- Holly Dobson

• 2011-2012 Membership Drive Totals:– Total Members: 315

– 50% Participation from each GRADE LEVEL gets a popsicle party. Contest ends October 15th.

– Grade Level Totals: Pre K – 10% Kinder – 26% 1st – 25% 2nd – 26% 3rd – 35% 4th – 32% 5th – 28%

– Members get discounts and cards are being sent out in Tuesday folders.


REPORT OF VICE PRESIDENT, FUNDRAISING

October 1st – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for distribution 11-15!

• Carnival – Mondie McFaddin, Chair – Saturday, April 13th

– You will receive a car decal and recognition.

– Fridays are SPIRIT DAYS at LTE!! Wear your spirit shirts to show your school pride! LTE spirit wear t-shirts are still available.
