8th Grade Yearbook Dedications When Emailing (Preferred Method) Email Mrs. Pardini at: [email protected] Subject Line: CVUSD: Dedications: (Student’s Name) 1. You can email Mrs. Pardini the picture/s of the student at the email address above (no more than 6 pictures please). Each picture must be emailed as a jpeg attached to the email with the message to your child. For purposes of good resolution, please attach the pictures individually, and do not send them too small. When Dropping Off 1. Put high quality picture/s and message in an envelope labeled “Yearbook Dedication” and drop it off at the office. Please include your email address and/or telephone number in case I need to contact you. Payment Please make all checks payable to Colina Middle School (Yearbook Dedication) and drop them off in the office with Cindy Carlson (the Attendance Clerk). She will time stamp your envelope so that I know what order they came in. The price is $100 for a quarter of a page. Your dedication will not be counted as complete until your check is received. DEADLINE : Friday, March 2 (Space is limited, so the first 40 received will go into the Yearbook) Below are examples of dedications done in previous years. Thank you, Jennifer Pardini
