Market rules ♦ What can be sold: all merchandise must be

at least 30 years old, collectible and out of current production. Reference materials and restoration supplies are allowable. This is not a crafts show: re-purposed articles constructed from old materials should not comprise more than 50% of any vendor’s inventory. We reserve the right to remove from display any and all items not meeting these standards.

♦ Vendor’s obligation: this is a paid admission show - absolutely no departures until 3:00 p.m. without prior permission. Exception requests should be rare and must be obtained from management before packing. Violators will be issued one written warning. A one-year exclusion will follow any second violation.

♦ Buyer’s rights: we recommend that merchandise be clearly priced and that vendors issue sales receipts.

♦ Our liability: management (Bruce Metzger, Inc.) and the City of Lawrenceburg assume no responsibility for losses or injuries for any reasons.

♦ Retail sales are subject to Indiana sales tax. Forms and instructions are available online at www.in.gov/dor. Management does not require proof of compliance.

♦ Payment of space fee shall be construed as an acceptance of all Market rules and procedures.

Acquiring vendor space ♦ No spaces will be reserved until paid for.

Payments by mail or phone must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday preceding each Market date. All remaining booth spaces will be sold on a first come, first serve basis after that.

♦ Space assignment entitles entry to two adults and two vehicles (some spaces may not fit two vehicles). Additional vehicles are subject to full space fee.

♦ Unoccupied reserved spaces may be resold after 7:00 a.m. the day of the show.

♦ Cancellation refunds require minimum 15-day notice.

♦ No weather related refunds or credits.

♦ Same Space Privileges: For returning vendors, we guarantee the same booth location (based on the last 2 of 3 shows) provided that full payment is received by March 15, 2018 for the May show. For subsequent shows, full payment must be received by the 15th of the preceding month to reserve the same booth space.

♦ Month to month vendors are allowed one "rollover" show per season with advance notice by the 15th of the preceding month. You may return to your “same space” the following month.

♦ Vendors only need to submit one completed application per season unless information has changed.

♦ Season dealers must report expected absences in advance or risk losing assigned locations without refund.

Locations & set-up times Because we share the Fairgrounds on Saturday evenings with the Lawrenceburg Speedway, only the notated (*) buildings below are eligible for Saturday set-up. Saturday set-up is closed to the public! Only registered vendors, Market staff, and Lawrenceburg police personnel will be permitted access. Overnight camping is allowed. Please check-in for identification upon arrival or you will be asked to leave. Outdoor: 20' x 30' (minimum depth) All outdoor dealers must wait to set-up until after Saturday night races have ended - usually by midnight but may run later. Your space may not be available until after racing patrons have left the grounds.

Indoors: *Agner Hall (rear): 10' x 10' *Agner Hall (front): 12’ x 12’ or 10’ x 15’ Both sections are heated, but only the rear is air conditioned. All booths are available for set-up beginning at noon on Saturday. Building remains open with attendants on duty until races have ended. Doors are locked overnight and reopened Sunday morning at 5:00 a.m. – one hour prior to earlybird admission. Covered: BG & GX Shelters: 12’ x 15’ *J Barn: 8’ x 20’ *K Barn: 8’ x 20’ or 10’ x 16’ Covered buildings are open-sided and may be driven through for unloading. Only some locations offer dealer parking behind the booth. Please ask for details. K Barn and J Barn dealers may set-up any time after noon Saturday. Uniformed security is provided beginning at 4:00 p.m. Saturday until races have ended and entry gates have been locked. BG & GX Shelter spaces are not available for set-up until after races.
