• ALMANAC BEER COMPANY: Founded in 2010 in San Francisco, the craft brewery intends to operate a production facility and tasting room to highlight their farm to table barrel aged beers.

WEST TOWER 9KAIROS POWER: The energy technology company has leased ±55,757 SF (including a ±15,000 SF second story office) in the project for their corporate headquarters. Delivery of their state-of-the-art office, R&D and advanced manufacturing facility is expected in the 2nd Quarter of 2018.
