ALL EXISTING SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING LANDSCAPING WHICH ARE DAMAGED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT, ALL EXISTING SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING LANDSCAPING WHICH ARE DAMAGED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT, SHALL BE REPAIRED / REPLACED PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETED IMPROVEMENTS. 5. ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES & SIGNS MUST BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES & SIGNS MUST BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES (2003). 6. ALL STREET CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO GRAND COUNTY STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT DATE OF ALL STREET CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO GRAND COUNTY STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT DATE OF EXECUTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO THIS DEVELOPMENT. 7. WHEN AN EXISTING STREET MUST BE CUT, THE STREET MUST BE RESTORED TO A CONDITION EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN ITS WHEN AN EXISTING STREET MUST BE CUT, THE STREET MUST BE RESTORED TO A CONDITION EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
