He helps and advises on strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of business development. With Phang’s vast experience in the industry, his ability to relate the conceptual theory into practical hands-on in real life situation application has bene�tted thousands of participants. This strength is especially useful when conducting Lego® Serious Play® programs, which there will be a combination of hands-on activities and learning intervention. Phang is a Certi�ed Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator from Rasmussen Consulting (Copenhagen, Denmark). His speci�c area of research interest is increasing learner retention and strategic thinking with the Lego® Serious Play® methodology. Phang always believes that “life is a journey of self-discovery as there is always something new to learn every day.”
