Dumplings

Pierogi is one of the typical dishes of Polish cuisine. It is prepared from salty cottage - potato mass wrapped with dough which is prepared from flour, water and salt (sometimes also eggs).

All of this is poured over with fried onion.

Polish sweets

Wedel is one of the biggest and best chocolate factories in Poland. The most famous of a product is known as marshmallow.

Honey

Honey is a sweet food product produced by bees with nectar from the pollenvplants. Bees collect it in the honeycomb where it mature.

OSCYPEK

Smoked sheep cheese is a hard cheese prepared from sheep's milk, characteristic of the Polish mountains. Produced in the form of small, spindle-shaped blocks with decorated edges typically for the region. Decoration is imprinted in the fissile wooden mold.
