2 Here you can see information we think you need to be aware of including news, announcements, the CourseWeb, today’s events (if any), downloads (such as lunch menus and Buckley Health Form 2013-2014), and links to groups you’re a member of. As you explore the website, please be aware of the use of links (underlined words or phrases) which when clicked lead to the desired location.

4 This is the homepage for the CourseWeb 2.0, used primarily by the Middle and Upper Schools. Links to further pages are on the left.

5 My Buckley has more areas to explore. Above the CourseWeb area in the column on the right, you can find the Monthly Downloads. Among the monthly downloads you will find the current month’s lunch menu when you click the link.

6 This is the More Downloads area. Included at the bottom of the downloads are links to important documents, including the Middle and Upper School Acceptable Use Policy (that we ask our boys to follow as they use computers) and the Lower School Buckley Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

When you click the link to the AUP for Classes V-IX, Adobe Reader opens the following PDF:

7 If you were to click the link to the Lower School Technology Acceptable Use Policy, you would see a PDF that uses language that is appropriate to younger boys.

15 The link to the Secondary School Placement (SSP) pages provides further links to downloads and resources, especially useful in you have a child in class VIII or IX who will be applying to Secondary Schools.

16 Other useful links include the Calendar which can be found in the Menu or My Buckley in Today’s Events where you would click View Full Calendar.

The Calendar several “views” including this “monthly view”:

18 You could also set it to see only those events for the week by clicking the Week button. Note the week you may be interested in may not be the first week of the month. To get to the next week, you would click the Right button:

19 This information may be more than you were looking for. You could filter the results by a particular date or by a group that you are a member of (such as My Athletics or My Academics). To do this, you would click the Show Filter Options button.

Which shows a number of calendar option including specific dates, divisions, academics, athletics, and community events that you are involved in:

Once selected, click the Apply Filter button.

The results you would see have filtered out the other areas of Buckley life that don’t necessarily apply to your family.

20 Athletics also has a page in the Menu that you should explore.

21 You will find a small calendar where you could select a month that you might be trying to plan.

22 You could also narrow the results down to the specific team you are interested in by clicking the down arrow and then the name of the team.

23 All teams that have scheduled events for that week appear. If you were to click the name of the team, for example, Varsity Baseball, you would be presented with a link to the full schedule for that team along with statistics, coaches, and highlights of past games:

You could click the link for your son’s team to see the schedule, and whether the game is at Home or Away
