Majority of the emplyees opinion about the work load is normal. Majority of the employees are satisfied with the work shedule of the company. Majority of the employees opinion about work environment is good. Majority of the employees are satisfied with the salaries/wages structure of the

company.

Majority of the employees are satisfied with the job security provided by thecompany.

Employees are satisfied with the work culture in the organisation. Majority of the emploees have Good opinion about employer-employee

relationship in the organisation.

Majority of the employees are dissatisfied with the safety measures provided bythe company.

Majority of the employees have good opinion about employee benefits providedby the company.

Majority of the employees agree that the management have been giving verymuch care towards job satisfaction.

Majority of the employees agree with the statement the organisation gives youwork freedom.

70% of the respondents are satisfied with the training facilities provided by thecompany.

Majority, about 44% employees are satisfied with the labour welfare facilitiesprovided by the company.

65% of employees are satisfied with the incentive scheme provided by thecompany.

60% of respondents have good opinion about career facilities. Majority of the employees are satisfied with the leave falities. About 65% respondents opinion about canteen facilities is good. Employees are satisfied with the recreation facilities provided by Malcotex.

SUGGESTIONS

Safety measures should be improved by providing safety commitee and throughdistribution of jeckets, gloves e.t.c to the workers.

Labour welfare measures should be improved by providing childrens educationalallowances, housing loans, medical camp e.t.c.

Recreation facilities should be improved by providing more facilities liketelevision, radio e.t.c for entertainment purpose.

CONCLUSION

The study concludes that better job satisfaction will create good working

environment that makes employees to work energetically and enthusiastically which

will help to improve the companys business. From the study it is revealed that job

satisfaction of employees of MALCOTEX was found to be good. There exist good

working evironment in the company. Most of the workers are satisfied with the work

shedule and work load of the company. Interpersonal relationship and team work of the

company was found to be satisfactory. This helps to increase the productivity of the

company. The company can concentrate on suggestions and make the employees fully

satisfied so that the company can increase productivity to attain maximum profit.
