1. Rimuovere sella.Remove the seat.
2. Rimuovere fianchetti.Remove the radiator shrouds.
3. Svitare viti e rimuovere serbatoio.Unscrew the tank screws and remove the OEM fuel tank.

4. Svuotare serbatoio da benzina e scollegareutenze. Rimuovere boccole, rondelle e dadi.Make sure the fuel has been removed from thetank, then disconnect the power cable from the fuel pump and remove the fuel pump hardware (D) & (E).
5. Rimuovere pompa.Remove the fuel pump.
6. Rimuovere la guarnizione originale.Remove the original seal from the fuel pump.
7. Inserire O Ring (O) nella sede del serbatoio Acerbis. Inserire pompa su serbatoio Acerbis.ATTENZIONE: In caso futura manutenzione della pompa, sostituire l’O Ring con quello fornito diricambio.Insert the supplied O-Ring (O) against the Acerbis tank and insert the fuel pump. *An extra O-ring has been supplied for future maintenance.
8. Riavvitare pompa e collegare utenze.Install the fuel pump with the supplied (M)bolts and the OEM bushings and washers.

9. Montare serbatoio AcerbisInstall the Acerbis tank (A) using the supplied hardware (N), (G), (H), and (F) as indicated in the diagram.

11. 12. Rimontare sella.Install the seat.
Rimontare fianchetti fissando per prima la viteradiatore.Install the radiator shrouds.
