1. Issues that do not align with the vision, strategy and values of the organization

Sure, it would be great if everybody could get all that they wanted but often organizational, financial, or legal constraints may prohibit moving forward.

3. Questions about issues or things you are NOT WILLING to change

There are some things that maybe could be changed, but the organization is not willing to pursue them at the current time.
Remember-asking for feedback and then not acting on it is much worse than not asking in the first place.

4. Questions about trivial things

Don’t waste employees’ time on trivial matters when more meaningful or critical issues should be addressed.

5. Issues that are not relevant to the people you are asking
