During this year’s annual National Safety Council Congress & Expo in Indianapolis, Ind., the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) unveiled the 10 most frequently cited workplace safety violations for this fiscal year. The final top 10 for the 2017 fiscal year will be published in the December edition of the Council’s Safety+Health magazine, but the preliminary list includes:
