Advent is a time of fasting and prayer as we prepare for the celebration of the birth of Christ
Each Sunday, an Advent candle is lit and we sing “Oh come, oh come, Emmanuel”

And of course…
Saint Nicholas Himself on Dec. 6!
St. Nicholas was a real person – a Bishop of Myra who is the patron of children and many others. His life of charity
is celebrated around the world.
