W 21d & 21e PERMIT NOS. A-5-VEN-15-0026 The front fence in the 15 foot front-yard setback area shall be constructed no higher than three-feet above grade as measured from the public sidewalk adjacent to Grand Boulevard. The side and rear yard fences shall be constructed no higher than six-feet at any point as measured from natural grade. The side yard fence at the east side of the property (between the subject site and the adjacent property at 416 Grand Boulevard) shall be maintained in a functional state throughout the life of the development. The rear yard fences shall be constructed no higher than six-feet at any point as measured from the natural grade unless a greater height (not more than 7 feet 7 inches) is approved by the City of Los Angeles.
