Credit TermsAll orders will be shipped credit card or
company check unless credit is requested
and approved through 413 Strengthgear.
Standard terms are 15 to 30 days, F.O.B.
origin, for those customers who meet the
credit requirements of 413 Strengthgear.
Processing new credit applications can take
several days to approve.
Deposit and PaymentCertain orders may require a deposit. We
accept company check, cashier’s check, Visa,
and Master Card and American Express.
Past due invoices are subject to a late
payment charge.
Prices, Quantities, Styles, and Color
All prices are subject to change without
notice. 413 Strengthgear reserves the right
to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes,
or garments without notice. Slight variances
in color can occur from order to order.
• We provide 3 proofs/changes at
no charge. Any additional proof/
changes are billed at $15.00 per
proofs/change. • An order consisting of adult AND
youth sizes may incur an additional
art change fee. • Custom artwork is $65.00 an hour.
• Ink Change fee is $20.00 per color.
• Orders of less than 48 pieces per
design/style are subject to a less than
minimum charge.
Order Placing and Shipping
Orders will ship within 10 business days,
once final art and order confirmation is
approved. Some exclusions may apply
such as; peak seasons, large orders, and art
changes. Credit approval delays may prevent
turnaround time. All additions to any order
already placed will be considered a “new
order” and written as a new order.
For your protection, we will only accept
orders by email, fax, or mail. Phone orders
are not accepted. SamplesSamples will be shipped at a per piece
unit price, plus freight cost. Samples are
available upon request and cannot be
returned. Claims and Cancellations
413 Strengthgear must be notified within 5
days from receipt of order, of any damaged
or incorrectly printed merchandise. All
packing slips and original packaging MUST
be retained in order for the claim to proceed.
Allow 7-10 days for the claims process.
Returns and ExchangesNo exchanges or returns will be accepted on
name-dropped merchandise.
413 Strengthgear will not be responsible
for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damage
during shipment. All merchandise is shipped
