Sickness insurance covers fixed financial incomes due to health incapability and remuneration of the hospital treatment expenses.3. Sigurimi i mjeteve toksore (t ndryshme nga ato q lvizin mbi shina) mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet nga mjetet toksore motorike dhe mjete toksore jo motorike.3."Casco" insurance of land vehicles other than railway rolling stock, covers damage to or loss of motor vehicles and land vehicles other than motor vehicles.4. Sigurimi i mjeteve lvizese mbi shina mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet nga mjetet lvizse mbi shina.4. "Casco" insurance of railway rolling stock includes the damage or losses from the rolling vehicles on the rails.5. Sigurimi i avionve mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet e psuara nga mjetet ajrore.5."Casco"insurance of airplanes includes the damages or losses suffered by the aircrafts.6. Insurance of vessels covers in sea and inland navigation, "casco" of vessels in sea and inland navigation.7. Sigurimi i mallrave n transport (prfshir mallra, bagazhe dhe t gjitha llojet e tjera t sendeve) mbulon t gjitha dmtimet ose humbjet e mallrave gjat transportit ose bagazhet, pavarsisht nga mnyra e transportit.7. Goods-in-transit insurance (including goods, luggage and all kinds of other things) includes all the damages or losses of goods during the transport or luggage, regardless of the way of transport.8. Insurance of various financial risks incudes coverage of: employment risks, insufficiency of income, bad weather, loss of profit, regular general expenses, unforeseen trading expenses, loss of market value, loss of regular source of income, indirect trading losses other than those mentioned above, other financial losses.17. Sigurim martes - lindje mbulon shpenzimet q shoqrojn martesn ose lindjen e fmijve.20. Marriage - birth insurance covers expenses related to the marriage or birth of children.21. Sigurim jete i lidhur me fonde t investimeve mbulon sigurimin e jets, t lidhur me aksione n fondet e investimeve, ku i siguruari merr prsipr rrezikun e investimit n lidhje me vlern e aksioneve ose letrave t tjera me vler.21. Life iunsurance linked to capital investment funds covers the insurance of life connected to shares in investment funds, where the insured takes over the risks ot investing with regard to the value of shares of others securities.22. Sigurimi i administrimit t fondeve kolektive mbulon sigurimin e individeve t bashkuar pr qllime t kapitalizmit t kontributeve t tyre dhe shprndarjes s aktiveve n raport me fondet e akumuluara midis personave q kan arritur nj mosh t caktuar ose midis prfituesve t sigurimit, n rast vdekje t personave t caktuar.22. Administration of collective funds insurance covers the insurance of assets depending from the accumulated funds among the persons who have reached a certain age or among the beneficiaries of insurance, in the event of the death of insured persons.23. Klasat e sigurimit sipas legjislacionit shqiptar t sigurimeveInsurance classes according to the Albanian Insurance Law

1. Sigurimi i aksidenteve prfshir plagosjet industriale dhe smundjet profesionale.1. Accident insurance including industrial injury and occupational disease.

2. Sigurimi i smundjeve mbulon: t ardhura fikse financiare nga paaftsia shndetsore si dhe rimbursimin e shpenzimeve t trajtimit spitalor.2. Sickness insurance covers: fixed financial incomes due to health incapability and remuneration of the hospital treatment expenses.

3. Sigurimi i mjeteve toksore (t ndryshme nga ato q lvizin mbi shina) mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet nga mjetet toksore motorike dhe mjete toksore jo motorike.3."Casco" insurance of land vehicles other than railway rolling stock, covering damage to or loss of motor vehicles and land vehicles other than motor vehicles.

4. Sigurimi i mjeteve lvizese mbi shina mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet nga mjetet lvizse mbi shina.4. "Casco" insurance of railway rolling stock includes the damage or losses from the rolling vehicles on the rails.

5. Sigurimi i avionve mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet e psuara nga mjetet ajrore.5."Casco"insurance of airplanes includes the damages or losses suffered by the aircrafts.

6. Sigurimi i anijeve mbulon dmtimet ose humbjet e psuara nga:anijet lumore dhe t kanaleve; anijet e liqeneve; anijet detare.6. Insurance of vessels in sea and inland navigation, "casco" of vessels in sea and inland navigation.

7. Sigurimi i mallrave n transport (prfshir mallra, bagazhe dhe t gjitha llojet e tjera t sendeve) mbulon t gjitha dmtimet ose humbjet e mallrave gjat transportit ose bagazhet, pavarsisht nga mnyra e transportit.7. Goods-in-transit insurance (including goods, luggage and all kinds of other things) includes all the damages or losses of goods during the transport or luggage, regardless of the way of transport.

8. Sigurimi nga zjarri dhe forcat e natyrs mbluon dmtimin ose humbjen e sendeve t ndryshme nga ato t prfshira n pikat 3-7 t shkaktuara nga:zjarret, shprthimet, stuhit, forcat e natyrs, energjia nukleare, shkarja e toks.8. Insurance against fire and natural forces covering damage to property not included in classes 3-7, caused by: fire, explosion, storm, other natural forces, nuclear energy or land subsidence.

9. Sigurimi i dmtimeve t tjera t pasuris mbulon t gjitha dmtimet ose humbjet n pasuri (t ndryshme nga ato q prfshihen n pikat 3-7) kur dmi sht shkaktuar nga breshri ose nga ngrica dhe cdo ngjarje e till, si vjedhja, t ndryshme nga ato t9. Insurance against other damage to or loss of property (other than included in classes 3-7) due to hail or frost and any event such as theft, other than those included in class 8.

10. Sigurimi i prgjegjsive civile nga prdorimi i automjeteve mbulon t gjitha prgjegjsit q lindin nga prdorimi i automjeteve mbi tok (prfshir prgjegjsit e transportuesit).10. Motor vehcile liability - all liability arsing out of the use of the possession and use of self - propelled land vehicles, including carrier's liability.

11. Sigurimi i prgjegjsive civile nga prdorimi i avionve mbulon t gjitha prgjegjsit q lindin nga prdorimi i avionve (prfshir prgjegjsit e transportuesit).11. Aircraft liability - all liability arsing out of the possession and use of aircraft, including carrier's liability.

12. Sigurimi i prgjegjsive civile pr anijet (detare, t liqeneve dhe t lumenjve, si dhe ato t kanaleve) mbulon t gjitha prgjegjsit q lindin nga prdorimi i anijeve ose barkave (anije t vogla), q lundrojn n det, liqene, lumenj dhe kanale lun12. Liability for ships in sea and inland navigation arsing out of possession and use of sea and inland vessels, including carrier's liability.

18. Sigurimi i asistencs ndihmon personat q kan vshtirsi gjat udhtimeve ose n caste t tjera t largsis nga shtpia ose vendbanimi i prhershm.18. Insurance of assistance and benefits to persons encountering difficulties while travelling or when away from their place of residence.

19. Sigurim jet - vdekje mbulon:sigurimin pr mbijetes deri n nj mosh t caktuar,sigurimin pr vdekjen,sigurimin pr mbijetes deri n nj mosh t caktuar ose pr vdekje t parakohshme, sigurimin e jets me kthim t primeve.19. Life - death insurance includes: insurance for survival up to a certain age, insurance for the death, insuranse survival up to a certain age or early death, insurance of life throught the remuneration of premiums.

20. Sigurim martes - lindje mbulon:shpenzimet q shoqrojn martesn ose lindjen e fmijve.20. Marriage - birth insurance includes: expenses related to the marriage or birth of children.

21. Sigurim jete i lidhur me fonde t investimeve mbulon:sigurimin e jets, t lidhur me aksione n fondet e investimeve, ku i siguruari merr prsipr rrezikun e investimit n lidhje me vlern e aksioneve ose letrave t tjera me vler.21. Life iunsurance linked to capital investment funds includes: the insurance of life connected to shares in investment funds, where the insured takes over the risks ot investing with regard to the value of shares of others securities.

22. Sigurimi i administrimit t fondeve kolektive mbulon:sigurimin e individeve t bashkuar pr qellime t kapitalizmit t kontributeve t tyre dhe shprndarjes s aktiveve n raport me fondet e akumuluara midis personave q kan arritur nj mosh te cakt22. Administration of collective funds insurance includes: the insurance of assets depending from the accumulated funds among the persons who have reached a certain age or among the beneficiaries of insurance, in the event of the death of insured persons.

23. Explanatory notes

1Since February the 3rd 2006, with ISA decree No. 5, the insurance company Dukagjini Al, changed the name to EUROSIG.

2On 31st of July, the Albanian Parliament approved the law on settlement of The Insurance Institute - INSIG.

3Sigal Life and Sicred are authorized to conduct insurance activity also in classes 1 and 2.

4Since February the 3rd 2006 with ISA decree No.6, the insurance company Sigal a.c. is authorized to conduct reinsurance activity.
