NOTE: For the remainder of this section previously routed wires are not shown forclarity.

NOTE: As done previously, be sure all wires route over the top of the rudderpedals, then down the aft face of the firewall.

    Step 1: Separate the WH- P32 (WHT/RED) and W H-P33 (WHT/RED) Fan Power Wiresfrom the WH-RV12-TUNNEL harness.

Step 2: Route the WH-RV12-TUNNEL harness and WH-P33 (WHT/RED) through thelower snap bushing in the F-1202K-L Inst Stack Support.

Step 3: Route the WH-RV12-TUNNEL harness down through the forward most snapbushing in the center forward region of the F-1202B Panel Base. 28 1/2 inches shouldremain above the panel base. Tape the tunnel harness down so that this distance doesnot change as you route wires.

Step 4: Route the WH-P33 (WHT/RED) Fan Power Wire through the lower snap bushingin the F-1202K-R Inst Stack Support.

Step 5: Strip the ends of both the black and red wires coming from both ES CPU FAN's.Crimp on ring terminals to the ends of the black wires per the hardware call-outs inFigure 1.

CAUTION: Do not over tighten the screws holding the ES CPU FANS. This canbend and then break the attach ears on the fans!

Step 6: Install both ES CPU FAN's per the hardware call-outs in Figure 1 with the left fanblowing up and the right fan blowing down. The ground ring terminal goes underneaththe head of one of the screws that hold the fans in place. The flow direction of the fancan be checked by hooking the r ed wire to the positive terminal on a 12 volt battery and

touching the black to the negative battery terminal.

Step 7: Strip the ends of the WH-P32 & P33 (WHT/RED) Fan Power Wires and connectthem to the red wires coming from the fan using the butt splices called out in Figure 1.

Step 8: Add a cus hioned clamp around the WH-RV12-TUNNEL harness just aft of theleft ES CPU FAN as shown in Figure 1. Loosely install the screw for adding more cableslater.

Step 9: Route the WH-RV12-TUNNEL harness through the fuel flow cushioned clamp.

Step 10: Separate out the the twisted wires WH-Q51 (BLK), WH-Q52 (YEL) andWH-Q35 (RED) and strip the ends. Attach female spade connectors to the black andyellow wires and a male connector to the red wire per the hardware call-outs in Figure 1.

Step 11 (FT-60): Connect the WH-Q52 (YEL) to the white wire coming from the FT-60Fuel Flow Transducer. Attach the remaining two wires to their corresponding colorcoming from the fuel flow transducer.

Step 11 (Flo-Scan): Strip the wires coming out of the Flo-Scan if applicable then crimpmale spade connectors to the black and yellow wires and a female spade connector tothe red wire. Attach each wire to their corresponding color coming from the twisted wiresWH-Q51 (BLK), WH-Q52 (YEL) and WH-Q35 (RED).
