Allhorsesmustpresentforcompetitiondrugfree.TheShowSocietymaycarryoutrandomtestingfordrugsinhorses.Allcostsincurredfortestingshallbebornebytheexhibitorwherethetestresultispositiveforaninappropriatesubstance.

SafetyandApparel

Allridersmustwearprotectivehead-geartothecurrentAustralianStandard3838orbetterwhilstridinganywhereontheshowgrounds.Thehelmetretainingharnessmustbesecuredandfastenedatalltimesthattheriderisonthehorse.

Allridersmustwearsuitableridingbootsthatareheeledandsoled,withlittleornotread,atalltimeswhenridinganywhereontheshowgrounds.

Nopersonundertheageof17yearsistohandleastallion. Ridersundertheageof18yearsarenotpermittedtoweartopboots,gaitersor

chapettesinridingclasses. Electricfencesareonlyallowedindesignatedareasandmustbesignposted.

Pleasefollowtheprogressoftheprogramclosely.Judgeswillmovethroughtheeventsquicklytokeepallringstothetimetable.Competitorspleasemoveunobtrusivelyintotheringtobereadyforyoureventwhentheribbonsarebeingawardedforthepreviousevent.
